The Village of Becoming  mentorship program is designed to provide young adults with the guidance, support, and resources they need to navigate their personal and professional development.

By pairing each mentee with a dedicated mentor, we create a supportive environment where young adults can thrive and achieve their full potential.

The mentorship program is a year-long commitment where mentees are paired with mentors who provide guidance and support in various areas of life.

The program focuses on building strong, trusting relationships that foster personal and professional growth.

The program focuses on building self-confidence, setting and achieving personal goals, and developing a positive mindset

Having a mentor to talk to can reduce feelings of isolation and provide emotional support during difficult times.

Mentees and mentors are expected to commit to the program for one year.


Regular meetings between mentees and mentors are encouraged. Bimonthly check-ins are required throughout the year.
